LifeShare Network names new Chief Operating Officer

LifeShare Network, Inc. is pleased to announce Justin Johnson as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Johnson joins LifeShare with 20 years of leadership in the transplant profession, known for building high-performing organ procurement organization (OPO) teams, fostering strong hospital and transplant center partnerships, and driving operational excellence in organ, eye and tissue donation. He has previously held roles with OPOs across the country, including some of the largest donation service areas of California, Nevada, New Jersey, and Texas. Throughout his career, Johnson has collaborated with academic researchers, biotechnology leaders, and community organizations to advance transplant science and strengthen public trust in donation. |
In his role as Chief Operating Officer, Johnson is responsible for strategic leadership of all donor-related and clinical operations of the organization.
As LifeShare Network celebrates its 40th anniversary of saving lives and inspiring hope, the organization welcomes Johnson’s vision, leadership, and dedication to the organ procurement profession.

Johnson is a registered nurse and a certified procurement transplant coordinator and holds a master’s degree in biomedical sciences with a concentration in human donation science.
In addition to his professional roles, Johnson has been a vital member of the OPO community, serving on committees with the Association of Organ Procurement Organizations and the Association of Multicultural Affairs in Transplantation.
