Energage Names Oklahoma Nonprofit LifeShare Network a Winner of the 2025 Top Workplaces USA
For the first time, LifeShare Network has earned the 2025 Top Workplaces USA award issued by Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces. Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees that have built great cultures.
LifeShare Network is a nonprofit in Oklahoma dedicated to saving lives and inspiring hope through the recovery of precious organs and tissue for transplantation. In 2024, LifeShare Network reached significant milestones, growing the organization to over 200 team members and saving 645 lives. |
Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage. More than 42,000 organizations were invited to seek this national honor. Results are calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 Culture Drivers that are proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.
“We’re honored to be recognized as a Top Workplace USA for 2025,” said Jeffrey Orlowski, President and CEO at LifeShare Network. “This award reinforces our commitment to building a community that values the important contributions of each member of our team. We are proud to have a culture of passion and adaptability and will continue to cultivate a workplace where each person feels inspired to participate in our mission to save lives and inspire hope.”
Recently, LifeShare Network embarked on a journey to performance excellence, working to streamline workflows and enhance the organization’s efficiency, teamwork and opportunities for process improvement. The organization was selected for the Achievement of Excellence Milestone Award from the Oklahoma Quality Foundation.
LifeShare Network’s strategic anchors include embracing change, building relationships and valuing people; qualities measured and reflected in this year’s Energage survey. LifeShare Network’s employees embody core values of having a can-do attitude and being passionate, accountable and adaptable. Together, the team maximizes the lifesaving possibilities of organ, eye and tissue donation to save lives and inspire hope.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
LifeShare Network was also awarded the Oklahoma Top Workplaces award in December, a testament to the professionalism of both clinical and administrative staff members and each employee’s dedication to the organization’s mission.
